Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of backend development building reliable, scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
  • •Platform and API design experience, including RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL, plus authentication protocols (OAuth, API keys, JWT) and security best practices.
  • •Experience building resilient data ingestion for integrations with external systems (cloud providers, HRIS, identity providers, code repositories) with rate limiting, retries, idempotency, webhooks, and schema drift handling.
  • •Systems thinking at scale—design for reliability, failure modes, and proactively identify and mitigate risk.
  • •Technical leadership and cross-team influence; experience leading teams and complex projects.
