•Student or recent graduate pursuing a relevant field (e.g., engineering, IT, or business) with an interest in customer support.
•Ability to communicate clearly in English and Mandarin Chinese as part of internal and external interactions.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for data handling and documentation.
•Willingness to learn about Cymer/ASML products and service processes.
•Team player with a proactive attitude and good problem-solving skills.
