Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to AI agents that take real actions for real companies as part of Agentforce, live and in production.
  • •Explore how agents think with hands-on work involving prompts, reasoning, and tool calls on the Agentforce platform.
  • •Test, break, and improve agent behavior by identifying failure points and helping fix them.
  • •Translate business challenges into ideas for what an agent could solve by asking good questions.
  • •Write up and demo your work, explaining your thinking and iterating based on feedback from the pod.

  • •Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
  • •Curious about AI with experience using LLMs or prompting (even informally).
  • •Built and debugged real projects in at least one programming language and understand basic software design concepts.
  • •Comfortable working with APIs and reading technical documentation to learn new tools quickly.
  • •Can communicate clearly in writing and verbally, and collaborate in a multicultural environment (Portuguese; open to Spanish and English).
