Key Responsibilities

•Collect, compile, and analyze data from field inspections and related documents to determine conformance with rules, standards, and permits.
•Use survey instruments, metering devices, and test equipment to perform inspections on projects of moderate complexity.
•Lead inspection tasks for technical or field assignments and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
•Attend pre-construction meetings and address contractor questions.
•Write technical inspection reports and summarize findings with supporting documentation (photos, sketches, calculations, drawings).

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma.
•9+ years of relevant post-education experience in construction inspection; prior inspection experience required.
•5+ years of active field experience; proficient with daily/weekly reports; working knowledge of Word and Excel
