Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead financial reporting activities including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and target setting for a designated technology area.
  • •Provide financial insights and recommend metrics to improve financial performance, including variance analysis and executive-level reporting.
  • •Partner with regions and business units to develop, analyze, and validate new business opportunities and provide counsel on ongoing deals and CBAs.
  • •Execute large, complex agreements and apply the TBM framework to allocate technology costs and support product P&L management.
  • •Ensure ERM policy compliance (including possible control testing) and manage a team, including goal setting, performance appraisal, coaching, and talent development.

Key Requirements

  • •Robust experience as a Finance Business Partner in a Technology organization.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Excel, Oracle, and Hyperion (Apptio and Agile IT methodology preferred).
  • •Experience leading and optimizing investments, deal management, contract/pricing/product management support, and opportunity assessments.
  • •Strong understanding of general accounting and internal controls, including executive-level presentation skills.
  • •Master’s Degree preferred in Finance, Business, or a related field.
