Job Summary

Support NBCUniversal’s Ad Sales technology within the Video Platform Software Engineering organization by ensuring integrated systems enable day-to-day business operations. Own ticket intake, analyze requests, meet SLAs, troubleshoot production and incident issues, and document procedures. Collaborate across teams and vendors, leverage AI tools to accelerate resolution and documentation, and identify monitoring, logging, and automation opportunities. Provide occasional evening and rotating weekend on-call coverage.

•Experience with SQL.
