Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Post-Transaction Pricing (PTP) activity and oversee transaction pricing for existing PRT clients to support post-transaction servicing.
  • •Own ongoing development and management of the PTP operating model, including sign-off of bulk annuity pricing and development of post-transaction pricing methodologies.
  • •Oversee Post-Transaction Adjustments and related governance, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of pricing activities.
  • •Engage with Client Services on data cleanse adjustments, benefit augmentations, GMP equalisation implementation, and residual risk cases.
  • •Lead end-to-end communication of pricing adjustments and outcomes to Finance, supporting investigation and resolution of issues affecting reporting, reserving, or accounting.

  • •Experience as a pensions or insurance professional with strong technical knowledge of bulk annuity pricing and post-transaction activities.
  • •Experience working with complex pension liabilities and pricing methodologies, including governance and controls to support PRT transactions.
  • •Comfort working across stakeholders including Deal Team, Client Services, Finance, Risk, Audit, and third-party suppliers.
  • •Experience leading teams and developing colleagues is essential, with a collaborative approach to high-quality outcomes.
