  • •Own division strategy, growth, operations, and people management for the Transit-Rail division.
  • •Provide leadership and coaching to staff across account management, business development, capture management, and project delivery.

  • •Manage profitable business performance with Profit & Loss center responsibility.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of related experience (or equivalent), plus 4+ years leading and managing large teams with Profit & Loss center experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in business development, capture management, and account management.
  • •Ability to build internal and external networks and communicate to inspire and lead others.
  • •Registered Civil Engineer in California or Washington.
  • •Ability to balance responsibilities and deadlines while maintaining professionalism and quality.
