Deputy Head of Trade

Partner with the Head of Trade to drive a best-in-class international trade compliance program supporting rapid delivery of advanced defense technology. Provide strategic, enterprise-wide counsel to executive leadership, oversee M&A trade diligence and integration, and support trade-related audits, investigations, and disclosures. Engage with regulators and government representatives while shaping trade policies. Use AI-enabled approaches to strengthen sanctions screening, export/import classification, restricted party list monitoring, and regulatory change management.
