Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Development and Finance

Support financial modeling for the Vistra development pipeline to evaluate investment opportunities and prepare internal reporting and leadership presentations. Oversee model development for renewable and fossil fuel assets, including inputs such as capital spend, timelines, margin build-ups, O&M, tax assumptions, and capital structure. Perform pricing/returns and scenario analyses for offtake, acquisition, and sensitivity opportunities, while maintaining reporting materials and supporting strategic and regulatory initiatives.
