Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and refresh financial models for the Vistra development pipeline across the organization.
  • •Build model inputs including capital spend, project timeline, gross margin build-up, O&M, tax assumptions, and capital structure.
  • •Conduct pricing and returns analysis related to marketing efforts for the Vistra pipeline.
  • •Run scenario analyses for offtake opportunities, capital structure sensitivities, acquisition opportunities, and site design optimization.
  • •Develop and maintain internal/external reporting materials and support strategic initiatives and leadership presentations for investment opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, FP&A, or related fields.
  • •Strong financial modeling skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
