Sales Support Associate II

Support store success by providing warm, professional customer service at the cash wrap and maintaining a well-organized sales floor. Accurately operate POS, handle cash/media per policy, and suggest add-on products and gift cards. Receive and process shipments and transfers, manage stock levels, replenish the floor, and execute visual merchandising updates while following loss prevention and housekeeping standards. Serve as a brand ambassador and support local engagement, including social media.
