Own the Smartcat website experience end to end—improving conversion across landing pages, CTAs, and funnel entry points while strengthening traditional SEO, GEO, and AI-driven discovery. Build a scalable landing-page system for campaigns and personas, and design AI-powered workflows and automations to speed experimentation from insight to prototype to launch. Drive measurable growth using analytics, reporting, and experimentation discipline in a highly cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities

•Own conversion optimization across the marketing website and landing-page funnel, including key pages, forms, CTAs, and trial entry points.
•Build a landing-page engine for priority campaigns, personas, use cases, verticals, competitors, and product narratives.
•Improve SEO, GEO, and AI search visibility by producing high-quality content that drives organic demand across traditional and AI answer engines.
•Design and deploy AI tools and automated workflow systems to streamline marketing learning, shipping, and scaling.
•Bring structure to measurement through analytics, reporting, and an experimentation program across website surfaces.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product management, or product-led growth, ideally in B2B SaaS.
•Build working AI-assisted prototypes using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or equivalents.
•Deliver high-quality UX and user experiences using AI design tools (e.g., Claude Design) and comfortable building it yourself.
•Implement SEO/GEO tactics that improved brand visibility across platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Claude, and other answer engines.
•Demonstrate writing and managing high-performing SEO/GEO content aligned to measurable organic growth and improving website/product conversion rates.
