Lead market and audience research that translates consumer and landscape insights into strategic, insight-led recommendations for content licensing across the Nordics, Netherlands, and Belgium. Own delivery of research projects using primary and third-party datasets, develop pitch materials for major sales events, and collaborate with Commercial and Marketing to integrate findings into physical and digital retail strategies. Serve as an EMEA expert, build client and partner relationships, and coach junior researchers.
