Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate extrusion equipment and meet production and product requirements in accordance with scheduled work orders.
  • •Make boxes and waxes cores for production line requirements and ensure consistent raw material (compound) availability.
  • •Perform first-piece, periodic, and finished-roll quality checks (e.g., roll weight, width, footage, stretch, core length, packaging).
  • •Assist with changeovers, line thread-up, screen changes, and other setup tasks as directed by work orders.
  • •Accurately complete and record production data on work order paperwork while following safety rules, PPE requirements, cleanliness, and GMPs.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
  • •Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.

  • •Ability to stand for 12 hours per shift (except for authorized breaks) and maintain safe, effective working relationships.
