Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure new hires meet all safety policies and expectations.
  • •Manage the new hire onboarding experience from day 1 to day 60 (or qualification).
  • •Administer, track, and evaluate floor training, including training hours, qualification status, attendance, and turnover.
  • •Provide hands-on training and recommend training needs, concerns, and continued employment to management/HR.
  • •Meet onboarding KPIs including 30/60-day retention and JSA completions, and coordinate weekly meetings and follow-ups on new hire issues.
