Provide exceptional customer service while maximizing sales opportunities for sports products and services. Describe product features, educate clients on brand standards, recommend ranges based on customer needs, and answer purchase questions. Support sales execution through up-selling and cross-selling, maintain accurate promotions/pricing, process cash/credit payments and invoices, and ensure after-sales and loss-prevention procedures are followed. Contribute to store merchandising, housekeeping, grooming standards, and personal performance and learning goals.
