Job Summary

Senior Global Benefits Consultant to support multinational clients by designing and implementing global benefits strategies across multiple countries. Hybrid role based in Chicago, New York, or Montreal, coordinating with local Aon teams on renewals, policy placement, benchmarking, and M&A. You’ll lead projects, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff while ensuring timely deliverables and adherence to scope across a diverse international workforce.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the day-to-day contact to support mid-sized or large multinational clients and lead projects within time frames and financial parameters
•Support the development and execution of client benefits strategies and global project implementations with direct interaction with client teams and cross-functional colleagues
•Coordinate multiple country services provided by local Aon teams including renewals, policy placement, benchmarking, M&A and benefits audits
•Attend client meetings and present results as part of a collaborative client service team and escalate issues when needed
•Train and mentor less experienced staff, monitor deliverables and ensure alignment with project scope and statements of work

Key Requirements

•5+ years of direct experience in an HR consulting firm or professional services
•strong project management and analytical skills with ability to manage multiple projects
•excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong presentation skills
•working knowledge of employee benefits and global benefits programs
•Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, finance, economics, or related quantitative field; advanced degree or project management certification is an advantage
