Senior Operations Manager - Chesterfield

Oversee multiple reconditioning lines at the Inspection & Reconditioning Center, ensuring production, cost, and quality targets are consistently met. When the General Manager isn’t onsite, you’ll manage facilities, identify bottlenecks, and drive root-cause analysis and action plans with the site leadership team. Lead weekly performance reviews, guide daily huddles, support continuous improvement, and develop leaders across the reconditioning organization while enforcing health, safety, and loss prevention standards.
