Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical, project, and discipline leadership for complex municipal infrastructure and land development projects across Nova Scotia and Atlantic Canada.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary project teams while overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and risk management.
  • •Build and maintain trusted relationships with municipal, private sector, and institutional clients.
  • •Provide technical expertise in municipal servicing, transportation, stormwater management, grading, and water/wastewater utility design.
  • •Lead preparation and review of engineering reports, specifications, design briefs, and contract documentation; mentor and develop engineers and contribute to practice growth.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
  • •Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in municipal infrastructure, transportation and/or land development engineering (10+ years is an asset).
  • •Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation and eligibility to practice in Atlantic Canada.
  • •Demonstrated technical leadership delivering municipal infrastructure and land development projects of increasing complexity.
  • •Experience leading or supporting multidisciplinary project teams and mentoring technical professionals.
