Job Summary

Supervise production planning by tracking weekly Planning KPI, coordinating with operations leaders, and ensuring schedules meet manufacturing lead times and shipping requirements. Monitor assembly completion using firing order sequencing and lead times, analyze plant capacity and production specifications, and create production orders on time. Lead a team of planners, manage schedule adjustments for delays, and deliver weekly planning reports while adhering to EHS standards across the site.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide weekly status of Planning KPI and take action to meet metrics vs target.
•Coordinate with operations leaders to ensure team compliance with schedules and planning control.
•Monitor assembly completion using firing order sequencing and lead times to meet shipping dates per CODD.
•Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
•Plan and schedule workflow across departments/operations, create production orders on time, lead a team of planners, and adjust schedules for delays while following EHS practices.

Key Requirements

•Graduate of a Bachelor’s/college degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
•Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Production Scheduling and Control.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP; PELICO is an advantage).
•Excellent written/verbal communication, reasoning, and analytical/interpersonal skills.
