Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and continuously improve enterprise ILM strategy and execution across data creation, classification, storage, retention, and defensible disposition.
  • •Maintain and evolve policy, standards, and procedures to align controls to business priorities and regulatory obligations, including enterprise architecture alignment.
  • •Partner with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Security to translate requirements into operational controls and measurable outcomes.
  • •Lead cross-functional delivery across storage, backup, content management, data platforms, and application teams to implement lifecycle controls.
  • •Maintain retention schedules and disposition workflows, coordinate legal hold review readiness, and support audits and regulatory inquiries with evidence of controls and program effectiveness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in program/project management, data governance, records management, information management, or technology risk; or a High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of equivalent experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience implementing ILM records retention and/or data disposition initiatives across multiple systems.
  • •Working knowledge of information risk, privacy, and regulatory concepts including retention requirements, legal hold, audit evidence, and data minimization.
  • •Experience with enterprise data platforms (e.g., Collibra) and repositories such as file shares, SharePoint/ECM, email, databases, data lakes/warehouses, and SaaS platforms.
  • •3+ years of stakeholder management experience, including executive communication and cross-functional alignment.
