Job Summary

Lead UX research for the Advanced Trade team, the dedicated research voice for Coinbase’s most sophisticated traders. You’ll run mixed-method studies—interviews, usability and concept testing, surveys, and in-product feedback via Sprig—then synthesize qualitative insights with quantitative data to shape actionable design and product recommendations. •Track record independently managing research prioritization across competing stakeholder needs while guiding designers and PMs through research.
•Preferred familiarity with crypto trading, financial markets, or trading platforms; generative AI should be used responsibly with human oversight.
