  • •Translate complex People data into actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations, communicating findings to both People and non-People stakeholders.
  • •Join mentorship cohorts and participate in on-the-job skill-building workshops (e.g., compensation analysis, benefits compliance, HRIS) to develop HR acumen.
  • •Drive measurable improvements in day-to-day People operations by collaborating on cross-functional projects with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and business teams.
  • •Complete the 12-month program with demonstrated HR proficiency and stakeholder collaboration, with placement into full-time roles and ongoing mentorship for the next cohort.

Salary: USD 68,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Recent or upcoming graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, or a related field
