Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead maintenance teams of Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians for predictive/preventive maintenance and machine repairs.
  • •Develop and implement maintenance systems (prevention/predictive maintenance, TPM, SOPs, safety) and collaborate with Production on scheduling.
  • •Track and report maintenance performance using KPIs such as supplier performance, contractor performance, equipment reliability, and overall equipment effectiveness.
  • •Ensure maintenance tasks comply with USDA regulations and maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory.
  • •Provide crisis management and continuity by completing or delegating required tasks when key personnel are absent.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field) plus 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience leading others by training, coaching, mentoring, or managing a process or project.

  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
