Lead Data Scientist, Operations

Partner with Customer Service and Product Operations leaders to drive strategy through rigorous quantitative analysis. Build and maintain source-of-truth data infrastructure, reports, models, metrics, and dashboards that enable consistent, scalable operational reporting. Use SQL, experimentation (A/B testing), regression, and causal analysis to identify drivers, optimize workflows, and improve customer experience, while collaborating across Data Engineering, Internal Tools, Marketing, and Product teams.
