Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers as their day-to-day contact for questions and issues via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • •Provide 1:1 support, strategic recommendations, and group training to promote adoption of Compass technology and adjacent services.
  • •Deliver marketing support by answering marketing questions, creating collateral from templates, and liaising with marketing specialists for complex requests.
  • •Partner with the onboarding team on strategy and logistics for welcoming new customers and support ongoing expansion/M&A and office-opening projects.
  • •Serve as the face of the office: welcome guests, answer the office phone, manage mail distribution, provide first-line office support, and escalate facilities issues.
