Job Summary

Build and operate agentic AI systems that connect manufacturing signal to execution—supporting S&OP, material planning, build readiness, partner execution, quality, logistics, and customer deployments. Work cross-functionally with Platform, Production, Supply Chain, and Finance to model operational plans, propagate design changes through factories and schedules, and create agents that drive clear-to-build decisions. Evaluate frontier models and optimize system performance using historical replays and live evals.

Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Build, deploy, and operate AI systems that run S&OP, material planning, build readiness, manufacturing partner execution, quality, logistics, and customer deployments.
•Embed with Platform, Production, Supply Chain, and Finance to identify high-leverage decisions and turn them into executable workflows augmented by agentic systems.
•Build operational models connecting demand, product configurations, revisions, BOMs, supply, inventory, cost, capacity, builds, tests, quality, and shipments.
•Build agents that craft and maintain executable plans considering demand, supply, capacity, inventory, capital, schedules, and risk.
•Design historical replays and live evals tied to operating outcomes such as forecast quality, schedule attainment, inventory, cost, yield, throughput, and resolution time.

•A track record of solving hard problems across stacks and domains, with comfort in unfamiliar territory.
•Comfort with Python and code (read, modify, debug, and direct AI to write it well) and shipping working systems.
•Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-based agents or AI tooling for real user dependence (context engineering, tool integration, orchestration, failure analysis).
