Key Responsibilities

•Establish excellent relationships with the assigned BRANDS through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement.
•Draw, execute and pitch activation plans, making brands grow through Retail Media and Marketing (in-app & offline), cross selling and up selling opportunities.
•Create regular reporting to provide business insights and identify key growth opportunities for Brands.
•Identify new brands to pitch together with category management, defining best sellers and gaps in assortment.
•Ensure brands in your pipeline have correct distribution and presence in all points of sale, with marketing activations to support new SKUs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or engineering;
•1-2 years of Marketing, Sales or Business Development experience at FMCG, Big Services, Media Agency or e-commerce;
•Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital channels;
•Understanding of paid media, owned and earned media, and KPIs;
•Excellent communication skills in English and local language
