Job Summary

Own ByteDance Cloud Team’s global cloud resource delivery lifecycle, including cloud resource delivery, NPI, and utilization optimization. Coordinate with capacity planning, network, engineering, operations/maintenance, procurement, supply chain, and finance to deliver against plan, cost, and quality. Manage suppliers, identify and resolve risks, and standardize project management processes to shorten deployment cycles. Partner on server platform transitions and EOL planning, and drive recycling and reuse of low-utilization machines using data analysis and FinOps.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end deployment of ByteDance’s global cloud resource infrastructure.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of cloud resources.
•Manage multiple suppliers, track project progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and deliver to plan/cost/quality.
•Lead standardization of global project management processes and optimize deployment methods to shorten delivery cycles.
•Develop server platform transition and EOL schedules and promote recycling/reuse of low-utilization machines using data analysis.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in a computer-related field with 3+ years in cloud delivery, data center operations and maintenance, or related technical support.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills.
•Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Ability to think independently and respond quickly in high-intensity, fast-paced environments.
•Proficient English, able to communicate with cloud providers in English in work scenarios.
