Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive all aspects of operations at Verse, including clinician, patient, payor & internal-facing operations.
  • •Analyze data to identify the key levers to drive impact and translate them into clear, understandable goals across the organization.
  • •Ensure that all operational elements of Verse click together effectively and clear, repeatable processes exist for all critical functions.
  • •Identify and improve areas that lack clear processes and/or structure.
  • •Partner deeply with Product and Engineering to translate operational bottlenecks into high-impact automation and workflow investments.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in operations, including proven experience scaling complex, high-volume operations.
  • •Extremely strong analytical and systems-thinking ability.
  • •Experience managing managers and building strong operational leadership layers.
  • •Ability to diagnose operational failure modes quickly and design durable fixes.
  • •Comfort operating in regulated environments.
