Job Summary

Support and enhance enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and close processes as an Oracle PBCS EPM specialist. Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT to optimize Oracle EPM solutions, deliver system enhancements, and lead functional and technical improvements across the planning ecosystem. Drive configuration and upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and develop rules, scripts, dashboards, and reporting, while also contributing to implementations and client workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), Oracle Hyperion Planning, and Oracle Essbase.
•Configure and enhance planning applications, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, capital planning, and project planning.
•Develop and maintain business rules, calculation scripts, forms, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
•Troubleshoot application, data integration, and performance issues; implement proactive improvements to increase reliability and efficiency.
•Participate in Oracle EPM implementation, enhancement, and support projects; lead requirements gathering, solution design discussions, and system configuration.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning and/or Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), including multiple full-cycle implementations.
•Proven experience supporting or implementing Oracle EPM Planning modules such as Workforce Planning.
•Proven experience supporting or implementing Oracle EPM Planning modules such as Capital Asset Planning.
•Deep expertise in Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), Oracle Essbase, and Hyperion Planning.
•Experience configuring and enhancing planning applications to align with business requirements and evolving financial processes.
