Service Leader - Cementing

Lead cementing operations in the field under broad direction, partnering with PDC and HR to hire and develop operational staff. Supervise service delivery teams to ensure compliance with Customer requirements, Halliburton HSE and HMS processes, and the approved cement job plan. Coordinate pre- and post-job safety meetings, review performance metrics, resolve equipment and execution issues, and support customer relationships at the well site.
