Job Summary

Own an end-to-end organic acquisition engine that increases visibility, authority, and pipeline across Google and AI discovery platforms. Lead Crescendo’s SEO strategy (technical SEO, keyword strategy, topic clusters) and expand AI Search Optimization (AEO) across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Reddit community discovery. Build AI-powered content production systems and partner cross-functionally to drive measurable share-of-voice improvements, backlinks, reviews (G2/Trustpilot), and 12-month organic-sourced revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Crescendo’s end-to-end SEO strategy, including keyword strategy, topic clusters, technical SEO, and competitive positioning.
•Build and execute AI Search Optimization (AEO) strategy across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and emerging platforms, including Reddit and niche community forums.
•Design and run scalable AI-powered content production systems using Claude/ChatGPT/AirOps and automation workflows.
•Drive authority and reputation initiatives through backlink acquisition, review generation (G2, TrustPilot), and third-party validation.
•Deliver 12-month success outcomes: improve non-branded organic visibility and AI search share-of-voice, and grow organic-sourced pipeline and authority signals.

Key Requirements

•5–7 years in SEO, organic growth, content marketing, or demand generation for B2B SaaS.
•Proven experience building organic growth programs with strong outcomes (not just maintaining efforts).
•Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and search optimization.
•Strong analytical skills connecting performance data to pipeline outcomes.
•Experience managing content workflows and cross-functional content programs.
