Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist OCM with offshore project deliverables, kick-off/strategy meetings, and development of offshore execution plans, schedules, and techno-commercial analyses.
  • •Prepare and review construction aids and offshore scopes; monitor fabrication/pipe coating progress; act as a focal point for assigned subcontractor coordination.
  • •Support issuance of purchase requisitions for offshore materials and follow up with procurement on ordering and delivery; coordinate offshore scope with internal departments.
  • •Attend methods/constructability meetings and review installation procedures; ensure safety plan, HSEMS, and quality standards are implemented during offshore operations.
  • •Assist with updates to offshore schedules, recovery measures for delays, variation/claims inputs, subcontractor invoice clarifications, mobilization plans, and final offshore documentation/close-out reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical, Civil, Naval) or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in Offshore Construction in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • •Good commercial, financial, and contractual awareness.
  • •Excellent spoken and written English; strong communication and negotiation/decision-making skills.
  • •Potential managerial skills and thorough understanding of offshore operations and equipment.
