Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development, implementation, and continual improvement of project and programme-level risk management processes aligned with client requirements and industry best practice.
  • •Proactively identify, assess, and manage a wide range of project risks, including financial, commercial, operational, schedule, and delivery risks.
  • •Plan and facilitate risk identification workshops, risk reviews, and assurance sessions with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Develop, maintain, and assure high-quality risk registers and RAID logs, ensuring risks are clearly articulated, appropriately scored, and effectively tracked.
  • •Undertake and oversee qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, including risk modelling, and provide clear interpretation of results to inform decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically 8+ years’ experience delivering risk management and/or project controls within complex capital projects.
  • •Strong experience operating in a consulting or client-facing environment, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, including risk modelling and scenario analysis.
  • •Advanced hands-on experience using industry-standard risk management and modelling tools.
  • •Proven experience working with multidisciplinary project teams, including cost, planning, commercial, and delivery functions.
