Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate HC vehicles to transport and deliver freight according to operational requirements.
  • •Complete deliveries and collections safely, efficiently, and within required timeframes.
  • •Conduct pre-start and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety issues.
  • •Ensure freight is secured, handled, and transported in line with company and regulatory requirements.
  • •Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate delays or issues with the operations team.

Key Requirements

  • •Current HC Heavy Vehicle Licence with a strong and safe driving record.
  • •Current and valid Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC).
  • •Previous experience in container transport, port logistics, or a similar freight environment.
  • •Strong understanding of heavy vehicle safety, Chain of Responsibility, and road transport requirements.
  • •Reliable, safety-focused, able to work independently, with good communication skills.
