Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and deliver outstanding teaching and learning aligned with the school Teaching and Learning Policy.
  • •Create a conducive learning climate by setting clear teaching objectives, targets, and lesson structures that maintain pace and engagement.
  • •Differentiate to support SEN (POD), EAL and G&T learners and use assessments to inform planning and improve teaching.

Key Requirements
