Key Responsibilities

  • •Work in a factory supporting multiple programs across production lifecycle stages, including transition to production and production ramp-up.
  • •Use Root Cause Corrective Action methodologies to maximize test yield, efficiency, and value, influencing test strategies and architectures.
  • •Validate prime hardware compliance to technical data package requirements and ensure test equipment and associated work instructions are accurate.
  • •Provide technical expertise to resolve complex technical issues and lead improvement projects to increase First Pass Yields and reduce Hours Per Unit.
  • •Monitor and improve the test process using predictive metrics, failure mode and test yields; develop test flows and contribute to test capacity analysis.
