Key Responsibilities

  • •Work as an “Engineer” grade contributor across projects within the overall project team.
  • •Work under clear direction from the discipline lead/client and interpret project needs to meet delivery requirements.
  • •Consider discipline-specific project feasibility and support delivery planning.
  • •Complete detailed design and performance specifications for the discipline, subject to colleague review, and provide technical advice.
  • •Review and input where required to the detailed design programme and ensure sufficient resource availability to complete works.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an electrical engineer in building services.
  • •Understanding of UK and European regulations applicable to the discipline and applying them in project execution.
  • •UK project experience within Building Services MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing).
  • •Working knowledge of electrical design software packages and ability to use Revit MEP (or other 3D design software).
  • •BEng/BSc/MEng in an applicable engineering discipline (with CIBSE/IET/Engineering Council accredited honours degree) and working towards I Eng or C Eng status.
