Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own territory management and execute the full sales strategy from analysis and forecasting through pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention.
  • •Respond quickly to inbound leads and requests and run sales presentations for prospective and existing customers using CRM systems.
  • •Develop new business and expand existing accounts by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals and educating them on EquipmentShare solutions.
  • •Maintain and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction; keep customers up to date on additional ways EquipmentShare jobsite solutions can improve their business.
  • •Manage and support job site activities and projects with remote and on-site involvement, including assisting with rental, sales, and service when needed.
