•Embed research governance, hygiene, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
•Shape sector coverage priorities, investment frameworks, and research methodologies aligned to the investment philosophy.
•Develop research talent through mentoring and coaching, and partner with the CIO and portfolio managers to align research priorities with portfolio strategy.

Key Requirements

•Bring substantial fundamental equity research experience from buy-side or sell-side environments.
•Manage research teams with a clear focus on quality and research outputs.
•Apply deep understanding of equity markets, capital markets, and institutional research processes.
•Establish and uphold research governance aligned to regulatory and internal standards.
•Hold a CFA designation or equivalent professional certification (or equivalent investment research expertise).
