Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general administrative functions supporting the equipment fulfillment process.
  • •Assist with ordering bill of materials for projects and obtain bill of materials and estimated ship dates.
  • •Update schedules and assist with updating customers on estimated ship dates.
  • •Process documents for service claims sales allowances, retrofit, and labor warranty.
  • •Process job closeout documentation for each project.

  • •High school diploma or GED and up to two (2) years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Strong communication skills with a proactive approach, able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • •Proven experience prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Familiarity with the operation of HVAC systems is preferred.
  • •Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required.
