Key Responsibilities

•Translate founder priorities and ideas into actionable project plans with clear owners, deadlines, and deliverables.
•Develop and track project timelines across multiple initiatives, proactively resolving or escalating bottlenecks.
•Serve as the central coordinator across departments and follow up to ensure commitments are completed on time.
•Build, document, and improve SOPs and maintain project management systems such as Monday.com and ClickUp.
•Help prioritize business initiatives and convert new ideas into structured execution plans to reduce day-to-day founder follow-up.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,800 - 2,400 monthly

Key Requirements

•2–5 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Business Operations, Executive Support, or a similar execution-focused role.
•Previous experience working within an Amazon eCommerce business is required.
•Experience using Amazon Seller Central in an operational environment.
•Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities.
•Strong documentation/SOP development and English communication skills.
