Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand construction methods and project scope from tender documents.
  • •Prepare invitation to bid packages and evaluate supplier/subcontractor bids technically and commercially.
  • •Compile bid tabulations and recommend preferred suppliers/sub-contractors.
  • •Draft tender requirements synopsis and technical/commercial proposals for client submission support.
  • •Prepare post-award technical/commercial documents for handover and attend client meetings/site visits as needed.
