Job Summary

Deliver heavy equipment for EquipmentShare’s rental operations from the Port Washington, WI facility, operating safely and efficiently while using the company’s technology for real-time fleet locations, work orders, and delivery details. Manage routes, paperwork, and loading/unloading with specialized equipment, assist with routine vehicle service as needed, and support yard operations. Work a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime after 40 hours and possible on-call scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate a vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
•Transport loads safely and timely on required routes while following traffic laws and safety regulations.
•Maneuver trucks and trailers into loading/unloading areas and assist with loading and unloading using specialized equipment.
•Maintain and deliver required paperwork, including invoices and bills of lading, to the shipping office when routes are complete.
•Facilitate routine truck service tasks (e.g., checking oil, water, gasoline, and air) and report maintenance issues to the Shipping Supervisor.
