Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee field and sustainment maintenance operations IAW AR 750-1, technical manuals, PWS, and customer support agreements.
  • •Develop and maintain SOPs, set maintenance priorities, and monitor execution using GCSS-Army maintenance data and reports.
  • •Conduct maintenance audits/reviews of work orders, fault documentation, man-hour reporting, parts ordering, and maintenance status updates.
  • •Manage logistical integration for procurement, shipping/receiving, and inventory accountability (ASL/CAP/GFE), ensuring compliance with trade and compliance policies.
  • •Perform financial tracking and analysis for maintenance expenditures and contract funding, and provide personnel management for maintenance sections.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of Army maintenance management or equivalent military/civilian experience.

  • •Experience leading multi-disciplinary maintenance teams and performing performance management, coaching, hiring, onboarding, and employee development.
  • •Active U.S. Secret clearance and ability to travel 50% of the time within CONUS/OCONUS as required.
