Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out water-based operations including movement, positioning, anchoring, and securing boats, buoys, and cables (sometimes in deep water).
  • •Maintain and repair boats, outboard motors, pontoons, jetties, trailers, and other equipment to ensure fleet safety and seaworthiness.
  • •Oversee and supervise safe use of watercraft by centre users by monitoring activity and ensuring compliance with procedures.
  • •Manage equipment and operational records, including issuing/checking returned items, logging daily activities, and tracking fuel and oil usage.
  • •Perform customer-facing duties such as verifying payments, processing cash transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records, plus support facility upkeep and health and safety.
