Job Summary

Support the sales organization in all technical matters for pre-sales and sales calls as a Systems Engineer for very large enterprise customers. Qualify leads from a technical standpoint, serve as the primary technical resource during customer engagements, and educate customers on features, specifications, integration, and troubleshooting. Provide post-sales training support and leverage deep knowledge of networking applications and security protocols.

•Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint (pre-sales).

Key Requirements

•5–8 years of technical pre-sales support experience as a sales or systems engineer.

•Knowledge of routing, switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, network security, intrusion detection, and anti-virus technologies.
•Strong understanding of protocols including RADIUS, PKI, IKE, certificates, L2TP, IPsec, firewall, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, and 3DES; experience with encryption/authentication technologies.
