Job Summary

Intern in the influencer marketing and PR area shaping Sephora’s brand presence in Germany, Switzerland and Scandinavia. You’ll support the development and execution of influencer campaigns, manage collaborations from A to Z, monitor performance with actionable insights, and coordinate PR activities and events in collaboration with marketing teams and agencies.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns for Sephora Germany, Sephora Switzerland and Sephora Scandinavia in alignment with brand goals and audiences, in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager and agencies.
•Manage influencer collaborations end-to-end from outreach to deliverables.
•Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and optimization recommendations.
•Develop and coordinate PR strategies to strengthen brand awareness in target markets, and write press releases in collaboration with agencies.
•Coordinate events and press days and ensure cross-functional alignment between influencers, agencies, and internal teams.

Key Requirements

•You are currently studying Medien-, Kommunikations- or Wirtschaftswissenschaften (ideally with a marketing focus) and have 6 months available for a full-time internship.
•Native German language skills and fluent English.
•Proven experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns and PR activities, ideally in the beauty/cosmetics industry.
•You are passionate about social media and understand current trends, platform algorithms and best practices.
•Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, media, and stakeholders.
