Job Summary

Perform safe equipment use and operations at an aggregate quarry site while following company safety policies and procedures. Carry out plant repair, maintenance, and fabrication tasks as directed, notify a supervisor of needed repairs, and keep the work area clean. Work independently, apply welding and cutting torch skills when required, and be available for overtime and weekend work as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand and apply safe use and operation of quarry equipment and communicate safety-related matters.
•Perform all duties in a safe manner according to company policy and procedures.
•Carry out plant repair, maintenance, and fabrication as directed.
•Inform the supervisor of any maintenance or repairs needed.
•Maintain a clean work area and be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 38 - 40 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school education or equivalent.
•Previous aggregate experience preferred.
•Welding experience strongly preferred, including welding and cutting torch experience.
•General knowledge of plant maintenance and ability to perform maintenance/repair tasks.
•Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions.
